Cambridge in Japan is a two-day academic conference hosted at Waseda University as part of the long-running Cambridge In series, which showcases collaborative approaches to Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies. Organised under the Qatar Chair project in partnership with the Centre for Islamic Studies at the University of Cambridge, the event brings together scholars from Japan and Cambridge working on related themes in Middle Eastern, North African, and Islamic Studies.
