We have created “A DE&I Guidebook for Promoting Inclusive Practices around Gender and Sexuality in Student Circles and Extracurricular Activities: Tips for the Leadership Teams and Individuals” as part of The Ally Circle Project. 
The guide discusses basic knowledge on gender and sexuality, tangible actions that individuals and groups can take on, and more. Please utilize this guide to create safer environments for circles and extracurricular activities so that all students, including LGBTQ+ students, can enjoy the activities free from fear and anxiety.
