Save the date for the Pop-Up GS Center at Nishi-Waseda Campus on 4/24/2025, 10:00am-4:00pm

The GS Center is coming to Nishi-Waseda Campus!

The GS Center’s four services will be available for the day: individual counseling, community space, library, and events.

  • You can make a walk-in appointment for your individual counseling in-person
  • Free Gachapon game is available at the community space
  • You can chat with other visitors and staff, work on your assignments, have lunch, and do anything you’d like if you adhere to the ground rules
  • You may be able to grab some snacks too
  • Approximately 30 recommended books from the GS Center library will be available! You can either read them at the community space or borrow them for two weeks! *Please return the books to the main site of the GS Center on Toyama Campus if you borrow them
  • Mini-events will be held during the opening hours! Wait for further information

▶ Ground Rules for Creating a Safer Environment
We may ask those who do not respect the ground rules to leave the event.

  1.  You can join and leave anytime during the event.
  2.  Avoid making blanket statements about people.
  3.  Be aware that everyone has their own beliefs and perspectives.
  4.  Avoid making assumptions about other people’s identities.
  5.  Protect the confidentiality of everyone.
  6.  Share only what you feel comfortable.
  7.  Let each other know when you could not hear what someone said.
  8.  Recording the event, including taking photographs and filming, is strictly prohibited.
  9. Practice using inclusive language.
Note on the Post-Event Reflection Report: The GS Center will release an event reflection report, which will include a brief summary of how the event went, and the quotes from the conversations that the visitors and staff members have had at the event. We will not release any identifying information about the individuals who participated in the tour, but if you do not want us to use your comments in the report, please let us know at any time.
