On April 30, 2021, we invited Ms. Aya Ito, a Waseda graduate and a partner of the Sustainability Transformation Department of Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., to hold a HyFlex set-up lecture open to public. 113 participants attended the event.
Ms. Ito said, “Diversity is to optimize one’s strengths that have been developed through various experiences without you even having realized them. It is important to find a unique way to make full use of your individuality while figuring out what your work preferences are.” She also advised, “Keep in mind that each one of us is a protagonist in promoting diversity, so try to reflect and think every now and then about where you are in the progress.”
