The survey questionnaire was provided to 3,183 faculty and staff in total, and responses were received from a large majority of these. We are deeply grateful to the many faculty and staff who took the time out of their busy schedules to participate.
This survey yielded a wealth of extremely valuable data and insights from the perspective of faculty and staff. The results will be carefully considered and applied to Waseda University’s diversity promotion efforts moving forward. Moreover, it is our hope that these results will be utilized not only by the Office for the Promotion of Equality and Diversity but by all relevant parties within the Waseda community.
