An Annex of the Office for Promotion of Equality and Diversity has been established on the second floor (rooms 214 and216) of Building No. 60 on the Nishi-Waseda Campus.

Lounge / Resting space for women

This space can be used for resting or dining between classes, research or work. There is a meeting table, a white board and sofas available for use.

Nursing room and childcare space

Use of this space requires an application in advance.
Use of the childcare space requires the user to arrange for their own child’s caregiver.
This space is offer temporary childcare services as the Student/Faculty/Staff Childcare Room. Please click here for more information.

This space will be available as a Student/Faculty/Staff Childcare Room beginning in April 2017.
Use of this space requires an application for registration; applications are accepted in different locations depending on your department affiliation and qualifications.
Note that users of this room are separate from the users of the Nursing Room.
