As part of such efforts, Waseda University Polaris Inc., a special subsidiary（※） of Waseda University , is promoting coexistence and collaboration with persons with disabilities through employment of persons with disabilities. We are now preparing to hold a “tour” of the facility in order to have as many people as possible understand its outline and current status.
Through the “tour,” the contents and methods of the tour are being considered so that the process and efforts of staff with disabilities to learn their jobs, the work environment and reasonable accommodations being implemented, the guidance and innovations of support employees, and the nature of employment management can be conveyed to them.
