Japanese and English subtitles were provided to ensure information accessibility at the AY 2020 graduation and AY2021 entrance ceremonies, which were held at Waseda Arena for the first time in two years.
For the first time, the subtitles delivered in both Japanese and English were displayed live on a large screen at the event venue, and all attendees, including those who could not understand Japanese as well as those who are hearing impaired, were able to participate in the ceremony equally.
