Short Bio

I am an Assistant Professor (Non-Tenure Track) in the School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University. My research fields include Japanese political and diplomatic history, history of U.S.-Japan relations, and international history. I am particularly interested in the relations between the formation of Japan’s postwar security system and internal politics.
