Short Bio
After graduating from the undergraduate school, I experienced civil service for 13 years. After that, I changed to a university teacher. Since I was engaged in personnel administration in practice, the start of the research is the national public employee system and the local public employee system. However, after that, my interest has spread to local government theory, public administration theory, the boundary line between the public and the private sector, and the use of ICT to the participation of residents (Civic Tech).
