Waseda University joins iTunes U
Delivering information such as mock lectures, undergraduate school and department introductions and student life to the world
We would like to inform that Waseda University has set up its page with Apple’s iTunes® U and has now started delivering information via iTunes U.
iTunes U is a section within iTunes Store (http://www.apple.com/jp/itunes/) that has a distribution system for everything from university related lectures to language lessons, films, to labs and campus tours all for free. All contents accessed from iTunes U will be as easy and fun to access just like your music on the iTunes Store.
For now, Waseda University has released mock lectures, undergraduate school and department introductions, student life and such related public information. For a university that is setting forward to globalizing education, we plan to expand the information provided and utilize this system as a powerful tool in terms of informing the world of Waseda University’s “now”.
