That's how we survived - An international forum that considers the "now" of language through the voices of Ukrainian evacuees
The threat of destruction posed by war gradually transforms the meanings of the words we use every day. The words people uttered while fleeing the war vividly express that reality.
In this forum, we will reconsider the current state of conflict and "peace" through a new collection of testimonies, "War Vocabulary." Through readings, music, dialogue, and cross-generational and cross-regional considerations, I would like to feel and think about the deep connection between war and language, which is different from news reporting, and share it with everyone, including the young people who will lead the next generation. – Robert Campbell
