After overcoming the challenging times caused by the coronavirus pandemic, "Waseda Festival 2023" will be fully revived with no restrictions on the number of visitors, food and beverage sales plans, etc. It's very humbling to be part of the team that runs the school festival, which attracts 200,000 people every year. Under these circumstances, as a staff member of Waseda Festival 2023, I thought about what Waseda Festival was all about.

"The origin of Waseda culture"

This is the answer I gave. The spotlight shines on everyone, allowing them to do what they want to do. I believe that Waseda Festival is a space where you can experience the Waseda culture that has been created by successive Waseda University students.

Many people are supporting us in holding Waseda Festival 2023. Participating organizations/participants, local people including merchant associations, Alumnus (graduates), companies, guests connected to Waseda, media covering the event, and visitors... We hope that by having many people come to the festival, the thoughts of everyone who has worked hard to make the festival more colorful will blossom. This is my dream of being in charge of public relations.

The catchphrase for "Waseda Festival 2023" is "Yumehibike." I hope that the dreams of Waseda University students who are dedicated to something will remain in someone's memory, and that it will become a place where new dreams can be created. This is the kind of thought that is put into it. A dream that everyone hides in their hearts. We hope that the long sheet music called "Waseda Festival 2023" will be a place where this dream can be played in harmony. And I hope that dream resonates loudly and becomes an opportunity for someone to take a step towards tomorrow. We look forward to your visit to Waseda Festival 2023.
