Thank you for your cooperation in the proper use of chemical substances.
This is a request for “Chemical Substances Stock Check” and “Risk Assessment(RA)”. The Chemical Substances Stock Check covers both chemicals and high-pressure gases.
Due to the revision of laws and regulations, the method of RA has been significantly changed from last year, and RA will be conducted on an individual user basis. All faculty, staff, and students who use chemical substances are required to assess the risk of the chemical substances they use.

The deadline is Friday, September 30. Please make sure to submit this form if your laboratory is subject to the request.
