事業戦略コンサルタント、プロフェッショナルスピーカー。ニューヨーク在住。1995年早稲田大学商学部卒業。ニューヨーク大学スターン・スクールオブビジネスにて経営学修士(MBA)取得。早稲田大学卒業後すぐに渡米し、伊藤忠インターナショナル・インク(NY)に勤務。その後マッキンゼー・アンド・カンパニー(東京)のサマーインターンを経て、2004年に事業戦略コンサルティング会社のアスパイア・インテリジェンスを設立。同社を通して、調査分析、戦略設計、及びグローバルリーダー育成のための各種企業研修を提供。2014年には、ブレイクスルー・スピーキング™ を立ち上げ、グローバルに活躍する日本人、そしてグローバル日系企業向けに、「文化の壁を越えて伝わり、相手を動かす」プレゼン・スピーチを指導。トーストマスターズインターナショナルの国際スピーチコンテストでは、日本人初の地区大会5連覇、世界トップ100入りを果たす。また日本人で唯一のWorld Class Speaking認定講師。全米プロスピーカー協会会員。2015年にはTEDxWaseda Uにも登壇し、そのスピーチ”Living in the YES”は反響を呼んだ。2019年7月朝日新聞出版社より出版された「20字に削ぎ落とせ ワンビッグメッセージで相手を動かす」は、発売前からアマゾンのビジネス新書で1位にランクイン、2020年には韓国と台湾でそれぞれ翻訳本が出版。2020年6月にはフォレスト出版より、「ストーリーに落とし込め 世界のエリートは自分のことばで人を動かす」が刊行。
