Please adhere to these updated rules and continue to take thorough measures to prevent infection.<\/p>\n<h4>The new rules for holding on-campus events:<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Indoor, on-campus events organized by the University, faculty\/staff, or outside organizations using the University as an event venue, must not have participants exceed 2\/3 of the venue\u2019s maximum capacity. However, depending on the nature of the event and how it will be held, there will be no capacity restrictions imposed.<br \/>\nWhen holding on-campus events, the following precautions are to be strictly adhered to:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\n<li><span class=\"hotkey-layer \"><span class=\"hotkey-layer preview-overlay is-preview-sidebar-visible\">Thorough infection prevention measures, such as temperature checks, handwashing, and hand-sanitization<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"hotkey-layer \"><span class=\"hotkey-layer preview-overlay is-preview-sidebar-visible\">The use of nonwoven fabric masks by all participants (unless in exceptional circumstances)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"hotkey-layer \"><span class=\"hotkey-layer preview-overlay is-preview-sidebar-visible\">No eating during the event. However, if having meals becomes necessary, avoid conversations during meals and finish eating as quickly as possible.
