\nPaul is a Licensed psychotherapist and human resource practitioner with a background in Talent Management, Workplace Mental Health and Well-Being, HR Consulting, Employee Engagement, M&A, and Total Rewards. He currently serves as the Talent Solutions lead for the Inter-American Development Bank, where he manages both the Bank\u2019s talent management strategy and its special programs.
