Under the leadership of Chairperson Isao Terada, the group has restarted its activities and grown to dozens of members, bringing together alumni, professionals, and students living in Cambodia. Members describe it as a supportive community that helps people adjust to life and work abroad, while also reflecting on Cambodia\u2019s broader context as a rapidly developing country with strong ties to Japan and a mix of historical heritage and modern urban growth. <\/p>\n<p>The group was recently highlighted in\u00a0<em>Waseda Gakuho<\/em>, a bimonthly magazine issued by the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wasedaalumni.jp\/e\/#s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Waseda University Alumni Association<\/a>\u00a0(WUAA). As the university moves toward its 150th anniversary in 2032, it is strengthening engagement with alumni and sharing updates on new initiatives under <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/inst\/vision150\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Waseda Vision 150<\/a>, its strategic plan to further develop Waseda as a leading global university.<\/p>\n<p>In collaboration with the WUAA, established in 1885, the university continues to support a wide global alumni network that connects more than 600,000 graduates in Japan and abroad, while also assisting current students and maintaining alumni relationships.
