Paul El-Meouchy Paul is a Licensed psychotherapist and human resource practitioner with a background in Talent Management, Workplace Mental Health and Well-Being, HR Consulting, Employee Engagement, M&A, and Total Rewards. He currently serves as the Talent Solutions lead for the Inter-American Development Bank, where he manages both the Bank\u2019s talent management strategy and its special programs. Before joining the Bank, Paul served as the Global Head of Mental Health for Johnson & Johnson, was a manager in Deloitte\u2019s Human Capital Consulting Practice, and worked in HR for the World Bank. Paul earned his Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Economics from Cornell University and his Master\u2019s Degree from the Catholic University of America. Paul is currently completing his PhD in Clinical Psychology at Fielding Graduate University.<\/span><\/p>\n Over around 30 years, experienced various management positions both in the Ministry of Finance in Japan and other divisions of the government, and developed networks with key officials, politicians, and business executives.
