(BLF), based on their own proprietary invention of laser technology, with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wasedavc.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Waseda University Ventures<\/a>\u2019 (WUV) General partner, Dr. Hiroaki Ohta.
