Both institutions believe that universities with accumulated knowledge and wealth of expertise play a central role in driving social change.<\/p>\n<p>Through the conclusion of this agreement, Waseda and the University of Tokyo will come hand in hand for innovation and leverage their strengths to fast track social change in Japanese society.
