For more details, see below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Date &amp; Time: September 21, 2019 (Sat) \u00a011:00 \u2013<br \/>\n(Incoming students are advised to come to the venue at least 15 minutes before the entrance ceremony starts)<\/li>\n<li>Venue: Waseda Arena, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/top\/en\/access\/toyama-campus\">Toyama Campus<\/a><br \/>\n(Entrance ceremony for the Graduate School of Information, Production &amp; Systems will be held on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/top\/en\/access\/kitakyushu-campus\">Kitakyushu campus<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Parents<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The entrance ceremonies will be held in English (Japanese subtitles will be shown on the screen).<\/li>\n<li>Please note that there may be specific instructions from each school about the entrance ceremony.
