The ceremony and a commemorative lecture by Professor Hoch took place at the Okuma Auditorium, where many students, faculty staff, and related personnel witnessed and attended the event.<\/p>\n<h4>About the honorary doctorate<\/h4>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; color: #333333;\">An honorary doctorate is conferred to those who have achieved significant distinction is academia, culture, and other areas contributing to humanity.
