Please refer below for information on office hours. Offices are generally closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and from August 11 &#8211; 21. For information on grades, tests, and other information, contact corresponding department(s) or research center(s).<\/p>\n<h4>Office hours of departments and facilities<\/h4>\n<p>Please refer to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/student\/news\/natsuyasumi2017.pdf\">this PDF (in Japanese)<\/a> or contact your respective departments and facilities for office hours.<\/p>\n<h4>Opening hours for Certificate\/Discount coupons issuing machines<\/h4>\n<p>The machines are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and from August 11 &#8211; 21 (12:00). Also, operating hours differ from regular hours during summer break. Refer to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/navi\/e\/services\/opentime-certificates.html\">Information Technology Service Navigation website<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n<h4>System maintenance<\/h4>\n<p>Please refer to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/navi\/e\/announce\/2017\/summer.html\">this website<\/a> for the availability of system maintenance during summer break.<\/p>\n<h4>Opening hours for Waseda University Library<\/h4>\n<p>Please refer to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/library\/en\/services\/calendar\/\">Waseda University Library&#8217;s website<\/a> for their opening hours during summer break.<\/p>\n<h4>Opening hours for Co-op and Uni. Shop<\/h4>\n<p>Please contact the Co-op for their opening hours. Uni.Shop &amp; Cafe 125 will close at 16:00 on August 11 and be closed between August 12 &#8211; 17.
