During his lecture, he talked about the solutions for developmental issues Africa faces today, the need for African nations to unite, the importance of aid from Japan, and the political roles AU should play in the future.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to the lecture, President Cond\u00e9 met with University President Kamata, Vice President Morita, and Professor Sadaharu Kataoka to exchange opinions regarding English-based degree programs and financial aid available at Waseda University.
