Or are you showing a character that you have created?\u201d in which Ghosn replied, \u201cEverything you see is real. No one can fake it for long. I believe your chances of success depend on your actions and how you approach your situation.\u201d<\/p>\n When asked about Japanese people\u2019s strengths, Ghosn said, \u201cJapanese people are capable of quickly adapting to their environment and refining things over a long and thorough process.\u201d When asked about their weaknesses, Ghosn said, \u201cStrengths are weaknesses and weaknesses are strengths.
