The training center has full time training specialists and is equipped with fitness consultation rooms, locker rooms, and washrooms. Several documents are required for registration including a Student ID card, an individual health card or medical certificate, and an ID photograph (3 cm x 2.5). There is a registration fee of 3,000 yen. Membership lasts for one year.<\/p>\n<p>The other fitness center is the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/student\/gakusei\/refresh.html\">Refresh Studio<\/a> located at the Okuma Garden House on Waseda Campus. Members can take lessons or use the studio for refreshing their mind and body with yoga mats, stretch poles, and balance balls.
