Guest House Kikuicho is a comfortable and convenient housing Property that Waseda University opened n February 2010 to provide accommodation for overseas researchers who are staying at Waseda as visiting scholars and visiting research fellows. It is a newly renovated building conveniently located very close to campus and a mere five-minute walk from the Tokyo Metro Waseda Station. Apartments are fully furnished and supplied with bedding, electrical appliances and kitchenware, so that international visiting faculties with the usual cost of furnished rental apartments in the area, Guest House Kikuicho is much more reasonably priced, and does not require security deposits

◇Each unit has a maximum permitted number of occupants, and cannot be occupied by a greater number of persons than is permitted.
Payment of Bills:
◇Collection of bills is conducted by Waseda University Property Management Inc
◇Please pay the bills in cash, by deposits or credit card (on-line)
Telephone Operation:
◇Telephone charges are included in the rent (domestic only).
◇You can make on-campus intercom calls on your room phone
Others:
◇Internet with wifi connection is available.
◇If your unit exceeds the monthly average for utility use, you may be charged the difference in the cost.
◇Only the spouse or children of the tenant are allowed to live in the apartment. Parents are allowed to stay up to 1 month. If a family member decides to move in with you after you have moved into the apartment, please inform Waseda University Property Management Inc. (within Waseda STEP21 complex )
◇If you intend to be away for 14 nights or more during your occupancy and only if you notify us in advance of the circumstances, we will not charge you rent for the period reported. Please note that, in such an event, we ask that you make sure all of your personal belongings are removed from the rented property prior to your leave. The charge for rent will resume upon the date of your return.
Equipment
-Please go to this page for room photos and room equipments.
– Linens (towels, bed sheets etc.) will be provided for all the guests of six years and above. Please let us know in advance if guests under five years will need linens.
– We do not supply amenity goods such as soap, shampoo and toothbrush.
