This is about the off-limit zones during entrance examinations.

To maintain a calm environment for examinations, the following campuses will become no-go zones to persons other than supervisors, faculty and staff, and those taking the examination on the scheduled date during the period specified.

Sunday 5th February- Thursday 23rd February

There will be a temporary office set up in Okuma Small Auditorium for handling student affairs during this period. *Office hours: Monday-Saturday 9:30 – 16:30

The office is accessible on weekdays and Saturdays except for the above-listed dates.

There will be a temporary office set up by the main gate on Fri 17th, Tues 21st, and Wed 22nd while the examinations are in progress. Please note that the temporary office will handle urgent situations only.

*Office hours: 9:30*-16:30 (*On Friday the 17th, the office opens after the examination is over.) *There will be no office service on Thursday the 16th.
