Outline

"Password Reminder" is a feature that you will be able to reset your password when you forget it.
Subject: Faculty and Staff, Partner and Alumni (Students are not available).

By setting the required information in advance, you can reset your password when you forget it.

Steps to the Password Reminder

* From 2:00 am to 4:00 am, the function cannot be used due to daily maintenance.

Log in to MyWaseda.

2 Press “Set Password Reminder”  at the top of the MyWaseda front page.

The "Set Password Reminder" screen will be displayed.

Please check the notes on the screen.
Select the Security Question field, and then fill in the answer to the Answer field.
In the Email Address field, enter your email address where you can receive the contact of password re-setting method in case you forget your password.

Press [Review] button.

If the note "You may use your Waseda Mail address or second email address for this purpose." is displayed,
You cannot use Waseda Mail address or second email address to the contact Email Address.
If the value already in the columns is input,
If you have set in the past, you will see and confirm the setting.
If you want to change, please remove and re-enter the string that is displayed.
5 The "Confirmation" screen will be displayed.
Press [Submit] button.
If you want to correct it, press [Back] button.
6 If the Password Reminder information set successfully, the following screen will be displayed.
Press [Close] button to close the screen.
