We are having trouble in Waseda Moodle, and it is related to advancemented students(go on to University AY2021).

It is happening when students whose completed to ID Reinstatement procedures.
- Faculty can not refer to data(assignment, grades etc) of those students
- "Dummy user" datas are on "Participants" list
