For the students who are graduating or completing programs in this March, please keep in mind that the usage of the Library will change.
\nIn case that you have not returned the books, you might not be able to receive your certificate of degree, and also your alumni association card from Alumni Affairs Section.
\nPlease be sure to return all the books.
\nYou can return books to the service desks or the drop boxes of libraries, and\u00a0by mail service. Please click here<\/a> for more information about the way to return books.<\/strong><\/p>\n

(1) Students who are graduating or completing programs, Enchosei (students who enroll beyond designated academic years)*, Non-degree Students, Research Students, and Exchange Students, who are completing programs<\/h4>\n

(2) Students who are continuing to Master’s program or Doctoral program, and Research Students from April 2021<\/h4>\n

**You have to return your student ID to the office of the faculty you belong to according to its instruction.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25c6In \u201cMy Library<\/a>\u201d, you can check the books you are borrowing. (Until Wednesday, March 31).\u00a0<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n

\nStudents who will graduate or complete program can not view your checked-out records after 15 March through My Library. Please consult the reference desk of each library after the day.<\/p>\n

\u25c6Please cancel all the holds through the ‘Requests’\u00a0tab on ‘My Library’ page before your graduation if there are items you have requested.<\/strong><\/p>\n
