Construction work to create learning commons areas will take place in the Science & Engineering Library (on the B1 floor, Building #51) during the summer and spring vacation periods in AY 2019. The Science & Engineering Library will be closed during the construction period. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.<\/p>\n
* Patrons will not be allowed to enter the Science & Engineering Library during this period.<\/p>\n
1) If you want to borrow<\/strong> materials held by Science & Engineering Library:<\/p>\n Please visit the temporary desk and ask library staff. You can check the materials out after we fetch them from the shelves.<\/p>\n 2) If you want to take photocopies<\/strong> of materials held by Science & Engineering Library:<\/p>\n Please make a request at the temporary desk. We will fetch the materials for you and then you can take photocopies yourself in the location provided.<\/p>\n 3) About receiving ILL materials:<\/p>\n You can receive photocopies<\/strong> from other libraries at the temporary desk. But you cannot order actual materials<\/strong> from other libraries because the reading space will be limited. Please change your receiving place to other than the Science & Engineering Library. The official opening date will be Tuesday October 1<\/strong>. But patrons will be able to use newly arrived journals, bound journals, books, and the reading seats located on B2 floor from Tuesday September 24<\/strong>.
