Status: Part-time Lecturer, Guest Professor, Guest Associate Professor, Guest Assistant Professor and Instructor (Part-time)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Your library patron data for Academic Year (AY) 2018 expires on March 30, 2019. *1
\nThose who continue their current position in AY 2019<\/u> can renew their patron data as following procedure. *2<\/p>\n

This procedure is not necessary after April 1, since the expiration date of library patron data will be automatically extended to the end of AY 2019.<\/p>\n

*1 The expiration date of your library patron data might be set for each AY.<\/p>\n

*2 The due date of the books checked out in AY 2018 is March 30,2019 at the longest. After the renewal, normal borrowing period will be applied and you will be able to borrow books beyond March 30.<\/p>\n

A. Part-time Lecturer and Instructor (part-time) <\/strong>who falls under the following<\/b><\/h6>\n

Conducting Spring semester class(es):<\/strong>

\nConducting Fall semester class(es):<\/strong>
\nAppointed Period: From September 21, 2019 through March 31, 2020
\nConducting Year-round class(es):<\/strong>
\nAppointed Period: From April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020<\/p>\n

For quarter classes, please refer to the above period that includes the quarter.<\/p>\n
