For the students who are graduating or completing programs in this September, please keep in mind that the usage of the Library will change.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In case that you have not returned the books, you will not be able to receive your certificate of degree, and also your alumni association card from Alumni Affairs Section.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please confirm the following (1) or (2) that applies to you and be sure to return all the books.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

(1) Students who are graduating or completing programs, Enchosei (students who are enrolled beyond designated academic years)*1, Non-degree Students, Research Students, and Exchange Students, who are completing programs<\/h4>\n

Borrowing books<\/strong> : Until Thursday, September 7
\nReturning books<\/strong> : Until Friday, September 8 at the longest. Due date of each book will be the designated day indicated at the original check out.
\nEntering the Library<\/strong>\u00a0: Until the day of Graduation Ceremony (*)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*1<\/td>\nStudents who are enrolled in Fall semester of 2023 as Enchosei
\nRegarding borrowing on and after Friday, September 8, Enchosei can borrow books as usual after the status as \u2018current student\u2019 is registered in the library data in mid-September.
\nThe due date of the books borrowed before the registration will not be automatically renewed.<\/span><\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

(*) When you graduate or complete programs, please be sure to return your student ID to the office of the faculty you belong to according to its instruction.<\/strong><\/p>\n

(2) Students who enroll Master\u2019s program or Doctoral program from September 2023 including advancement from non-degree students of Waseda, Students who will become to or continue to be a research student in Waseda.<\/h4>\n

\nReturning books<\/strong> : Until Friday, September 8 at the longest. Due date of each book will be the designated day indicated at the original check out. *2
\nEntering the Library<\/strong> : Until the day of Graduation Ceremony *3 (*)<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
*2<\/td>\nIf you want to borrow books on and after Friday, September 8 or renew books beyond Friday, September 8, please e-mail to the service desk of libraries and reading rooms. The due date will be Thursday, September 21 at the longest.<\/strong>
