If you wish to have a certificate issued before the winter holiday period, please apply as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ui-provider fz b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>\u3010Attention\u3011<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><strong>Issuance of Student Discount Certificates (for current students)<\/strong><br \/>\nCertificate issuing machines on campus will stop operating during the winter holidays. If you need a student discount certificate, please apply well in advance so that you can receive it by the end of operating hours on December 25 (Thu).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 20px;\">Please note that the operating hours and shutdown period of the certificate issuing machines differ depending on their locations.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/inst\/wpo\/en\/students\/certificate#anc_112\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.waseda.jp\/inst\/wpo\/en\/students\/certificate#anc_112<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Issuance at convenience stores and certificate issuing machines on campus<\/strong><br \/>\nFor issuance at convenience stores or certificate issuing machines on campus, the application will be invalidated if the certificate is not issued within 7 days of application. Please also be aware of the service operation schedule during the winter holiday period before submitting your application.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Receiving certificates by post mail<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you wish to receive your certificates by post mail, please be advised that they will be expected to arrive in mid-January or later, depending on the destination and delivery conditions (even if you request express delivery, the certificate will be sent after the holidays).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Initial registration and registration of multiple student ID numbers<\/strong><br \/>\nInitial registration for those using another existing email address other than a Waseda Mail address, or registration of multiple student ID numbers will be processed after January 7 (Wed).
