Mainly based on archival records, this project aims to bring the often-missing East Asian experience and perspective to the broader discussion on family, nationalism and globalization of law in (post-) colonial societies. Taking modern Taiwan as the vantage point, this project tries to show that family law does not necessarily play a reactionary role in developing nationalism in East Asia.

略歴

2000 .6

LL.B., National Taiwan University (Minor in Economics)

2004.6

LL.M National Taiwan University

2006.6

LL.M Harvard Law School

2013 .6 5

S.J.D.
