Do regional political parties spurhead territorial reforms. Or vice-versa, do territorial reforms, and territorial autonomy in particular, lead to the disintegration of political parties? This seminar will link the literature on the territorial setup of party systems, interested in the “nationalisation of party systems”, with the literature on territorial reforms. Empirically, the seminar will draw from large cross-country research, as well as studies from Central and Eastern Europe.<\/p>\n
