But we can work to shape a world where it is far less likely.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Yet as technology advances, the nature of warfare grows ever more complex and unpredictable. Since the declaration of the &#8220;War on Terror&#8221; at the dawn of this century, armed conflict has expanded beyond traditional battlefields, now encompassing stateless militant networks, state-sponsored forces, and hybrid threats. This ambiguity is further compounded by escalating tensions among global powers. Violence\u2014whether terror, war, or systemic aggression\u2014continues relentlessly, leaving no region untouched. Even civil discourse\u2014political, economic, scientific, and cultural\u2014is increasingly saturated with militarized rhetoric and adversarial language.<\/p>\n<p>My Research Project\u00a0seeks to dissect and compare divergent conceptions of\u00a0<em>force<\/em>, trace the evolution of doctrines of\u00a0<em>victory<\/em>, and analyze their implications for ending violence and securing sustainable peace.
