Conventional risk assessment methods are often constrained by high costs, qualitative analysis and strong dependence on individual expertise, which limit the widespread implementation of reliable and high-quality analyses. The value of this research is to enable high-quality risk analysis by reducing human dependency and systematically utilizing expert knowledge, operational experience, and lessons learned from past accidents.
