He then pursued a master\u2019s in computational neuroscience at the Bernstein Center for Computational Neuroscience\u2014for which he was awarded the Germany Scholarship (Deutschlandstipendium)\u2014and completed his doctoral studies in psychology at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences. Before joining Sony CSL in 2022, he was sponsored by the Croucher Foundation to pursue postdoctoral research at the Institute of Information Science, Academia Sinica.
