He is an Ancien El\u00e8ve de Scienes Po Paris, and holds a PhD from the University of Paris.<\/p>\n<p>He has widely published on elections and voting and Mexico and Central America. He has been Visiting Professor at Sciences Po and at the Universities of Columbia, Chicago and Harvard.
