Many new students have questions as they start their lives at Waseda, but might not know where or who to ask. For those in this situation, why not try Support Anywhere<\/a>? Support Anywhere is a one-stop encyclopedia that provides essential information about Waseda\u2019s different offices, facilities, and services, all in an easy-to-understand fashion for students. Whether you need more information on course registration, certificate and application procedures, tuition\/scholarships, study abroad and residence status, or just want to find out what support is readily available for students, Support Anywhere has you covered.<\/p>\n

Support Anywhere features an AI chatbot, the University\u2019s very own Waseda Bear, which will take your questions and suggest relevant information. As we\u2019d like students to turn to Support Anywhere for their student life needs, we\u2019ve recruited student ambassadors to use their perspectives to not only make suggestions to improve the service, but to make the service more widely known to the student body. In 2022, based on these suggestions, Support Anywhere Video (a visual introduction to the service) and Support Anywhere Card (a card given out by offices that features a QR code for the service) were created. Skilled in voice acting and acapella; the future is bright for new Waseda graduate<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"\"\u201cI want to become a voice actress who can show her true ability, even under pressure.\u201d Riko Sunada, previously an undergraduate student of the School of Human Sciences, graduated this March. \u00a0 She currently works as a voice actress, already having multiple anime appearances (\u201cAnime no machi Suginami \u201d and \u201cShine Post\u201d, among others) under her belt. Riko recently sat down with Weekly, and shared a bit about her path to becoming a voice actress, her time as a student and member of Waseda\u2019s officially recognized acapella club Street Corner Symphony (SCS), and her future goals.<\/p>\n

Riko became interested in voice acting when, as a junior high school student watching the ending credits of anime, was surprised to see the same actors playing very different vocal roles in different anime. She convinced her parents to let her join a voice actor training school in grade nine, and took lessons on various voice acting skills for the next three years. Riko began voice acting work when she became a Waseda student, and balancing that alone with her studies made her hesitant to join any student clubs. However, after a classmate invited her to a SCS activity and hearing that the club allowed members to set their own participation schedule, she joined and enjoyed performing acapella live with her fellow club members. Recently graduated, what\u2019s in store for Riko\u2019s future? \u201cNow that I\u2019ve graduated, I still intend to continue voice acting work, and I have a strong desire to challenge more types of roles… It\u2019s the same for my voice acting activities, but I also want to keep an attitude where I\u2019m actively challenging new things.\u201d<\/p>\n
