In the ALSO program, flipping the classroom entails a) working with native speakers to build learning modules in the Learning Management System (BlackBoard); b) developing motivational tasks and accountability measures for learners, specifically e-portfolio systems; and c) innovating with gamification both inside the LMS and in the classroom.
