We are looking forward to your help!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Details<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Any sports-related photo or photo of high fiving is fine (examples: during games, cheerleading performances, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Any method of photography is fine (examples: smartphone, DSLR, screenshot of Zoom meetings, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Intended Use<\/h3>\n<p>Submitted photos will be turned into one giant mosaic.<br \/>\nNote: Each photo will be reduced in size. Please note that detailed expressions may not be visible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>How to Apply<\/h3>\n<p>If you have any sports-related photos, please send them to us! Use one of the following methods:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Send as an attachment to 2020vivaseda2021@gmail.com<\/li>\n<li>Post on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/\">Instagram<\/a> with #WASEDA2020<\/li>\n<li>Post on <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/\">Twitter<\/a> with #WASEDA2020<\/li>\n<li>DM on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/vivaseda_2020\/\">Instagram<\/a> (@vivaseda_2020)<\/li>\n<li>DM on <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/vivaseda\">Twitter<\/a> (@vivaseda)<\/li>\n<li>If you see a panel featuring Tokoron (Tokorozawa City&#8217;s mascot), take a photo with it! If you find one, take a picture of you and Tokoron in front of the panel, or of you high fiving with your friends or family, and send it to us.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First floor of Tokorozawa City Hall<\/li>\n<li>North Plaza on the second floor of Grand Emio Tokorozawa<br \/>\nNote: Location may change depending on the date<\/li>\n<li>Tokorozawa Campus Cafeteria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also, a new photo panel will be set up at Kadokawa Culture Museum from April.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Application Deadline<\/h3>\n<h6>Monday, May 31, 2021<\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Rules<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Photo submissions will be treated confidentially. Submitted photos will only be used for creating the mosaic.<\/li>\n<li>Please be aware that your photo may be adjusted to create the mosaic (e.g., colors may be corrected or brightness adjusted).<\/li>\n<li>In principle, photos can only be submitted by those who took them (copyright holders).<\/li>\n<li>Please do not submit photographs that have been published in third party publications or on the Internet.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that submitted photos do not infringe on the portrait rights or privacy of those in the photo. Please obtain permission from everyone in the photo before submitting it.<\/li>\n<li>Photos that infringe on laws or public order and morals will not be used.<\/li>\n<li>Submitted photos and the final product created from them will be featured in printed materials published by the project&#8217;s management team and exhibitions.
