On the Phased Resumption of Extracurricular Activities (July 13, 2022)<\/p>\n

\u00a0From July 30, the summer holidays start date, some restrictions on extracurricular activities will be relaxed as follows. Please continue to take basic measures to prevent infection, and also check the “Regarding the notes on the summer holidays”, a written message of July 13, 2022 from the Student Affairs Section to ensure that your extracurricular activities during the summer holidays are safe and fruitful.<\/p>\n

1. Circle training camps and expeditions involving overnight stays, which have been prohibited in principle, will be permitted provided that you obtain the prior approval by the Student Affairs Section. In conjunction with this relaxation, the use of the Seminar House for extracurricular activities will also be resumed. When conducting the camp, please follow the precautions against infection and guidelines set forth by the lodging facilities and ensure that each circle also takes thorough precautions to prevent infection.<\/p>\n

2. Large group gatherings, drinking parties, launches, etc. in unit of circles, etc. will continue to be prohibited. Please refrain from such activities even at the circle training camps. If any drinking parties, etc. are found to have taken place at the camp, etc., the entire circle will be penalized by suspension of activities. We ask not only the representatives and other members in charge of the circle but also each participant to act consciously.<\/p>\n
