Students shall be automatically eligible for medical fee reimbursement by presenting the student ID card (= the membership card for the Waseda University Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association) when they receive the treatment from the above dental clinic (only treatment covered by insurance) by March 31st, 2022.<\/p>\n
