We hereby inform you that YUAI Pharmacy Waseda<\/a> will become a contract pharmacy of Waseda University starting on April 1, 2020.<\/p>\n

If you request dispensing within the scope of medical insurance coverage at YUAI Pharmacy Waseda after April 1, 2020, you shall not be required to apply for reimbursement at the Waseda University Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association counter if you present your \u201cStudent ID = Waseda University Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association membership certificate).\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

*Note that you need to apply for reimbursement at the Waseda University Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association counter for dispensing up to March 31, 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n

*For medication dispensed in other branches of YUAI Pharmacy, you need to apply for reimbursement at the Waseda University Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association counter by attaching the receipt in the usual manner.<\/p>\n

*When you request medicine, be sure to bring your insurance card and present it.<\/p>\n

*The medical fee is reimbursed to the \u201caccount under the student\u2019s name\u201d in the middle of every month. You are not eligible for reimbursement unless you have registered.<\/p>\n
