\u3010\u533b\u79d1\u3011\u65e9\u7a32\u7530\u30af\u30ea\u30cb\u30c3\u30af [Medical] Waseda Clinic<\/a> When you receive treatments from the above hospitals (only treatment covered by insurance) or pharmacies within the scope of medical insurance coverage on or after April 1st<\/sup>, 2026, please present your student ID card at the reception of the medical institution<\/span>. For the medical reimbursement until March 31st, 2026<\/strong>, students require to submit the \u201cMedical Fee Reimbursement System application\u201d form and the receipt (copy is accepted) to the Waseda University Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association counter by the designated deadline (by the 10th day of the third month after the month following the visit month)<\/a>. *The medical fee reimbursement are covered the treatment by insurance. \nYou shall be automatically eligible for the medical fee reimbursement (*) by presenting your student ID card (= membership card for the Waseda University Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association).
\n(You cannot bring the receipt after the treatment and apply at the Waseda University Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association counter. Please be sure to present your student ID card at the time of reception at the medical institution.)<\/p>\n
