Morning Radio Calisthenics 2025\u201d<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As part of the annual WASEDA Sports &amp; Health Month held every fall semester, which takes place every fall, we are excited to announce a new event that will begin this year!<\/p>\n<p>No reservation is needed, drop-in participation is welcome! Led by a first-class Radio Calisthenics instructor, we\u00a0will all move our bodies together with Radio Calisthenics song for just three minutes before the first period to start our refreshing campus life!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Overview<\/h2>\n<p>Schedule: Monday, October 13 to Friday, October 17 and Monday, October 20 to Friday, October 24 (10 days total)<\/p>\n<p>Time: Every morning from 8:30 a.m. (approx. 3 min \/ Radio Calisthenics First Set)<\/p>\n<p>Location: In front of Building 3, Waseda Campus<\/p>\n<p>How to participate: No reservation is needed, drop-ins are welcome!<\/p>\n<p>Eligibility: Students, Faculty and Staff<\/p>\n<h2>Perks<\/h2>\n<h4>\u2b50\u00a0Participation Prize:<\/h4>\n<p>100-yen Waseda Co-op voucher<\/p>\n<p>*Valid only at Okuma Garden House (Waseda Campus Cafeteria, 2nd Floor of Building 25).<br \/>\n*Distributed upon showing your screen after registration.
